Groups on P.E.I. are doing what they can to help people stay warm over the winter months, whether it’s by stashing bags of clothing in public spaces or offering up free coats to those who need them. Lately, though, the need has been greater — something charitable organizations say speaks to a wider issue of affordability. CBC’s Taylor O’Brien has more.
